The second tenet of the Innervation Process is that the proof is "always in the pudding."
The Innervation Process screens the written concepts as well as the prototypes with target consumers by placing the prototypes into consumer homes to use. (We produce most prototypes in our facilities.) This is the REALSEARCH Approach.
Via this approach, we get in-home consumer reactions to multiple concepts. We get fuller learning on the strengths / weaknesses and expectations of the concept-to-product delivery elements that are essential to accurately defining the final product line.
And all of this is accomplished prior to any time being spent by your internal development resources. This allows these resources to concentrate only on the strongest winning concepts and products that have been pre-screened by consumers.
