Chef Hendrickson's culinary expertise includes experience in Fine Dining Resorts and Clubs, along with Banquets & Catering. In addition he has experience as chef in the healthcare industry and as a consultant in business and industry.
Chef Hendrickson is a member of the American Culinary Federation and is a Certified Executive Chef.
