Chris Wolf is a widely quoted authority on consumer and food industry trends. For more than 17 years at a leading food consulting firm, he uncovered and helped marketers to anticipate and address emerging opportunities based on consumer needs. Companies he has consulted for include PepsiCo, American Airlines, Tyson Foods, Black & Decker, Sara Lee, Otis Spunkmeyer, Enodis, Campbell's, M&M/Mars, Gerber, McDonald's, Nestle Foods, Yum!Brands, Subway, Burger King and On the Border.

In addition to immersing companies in growth-driven insights, Chris also is skilled at adapting and facilitating group processes to drive strategy and innovation for his clients. Throughout his career he has developed consumer trend-tracking models, strategic planning templates and invented interactive and energetic brainstorming sessions that feed innovation pipelines for marketing companies. He is now applying those skills to create new innovative processes for The Turover Straus Group and its clients.

As a former journalist for The Food Channel and public speaker at industry conferences, Chris' forecasts, recommendations and ideas have attracted the attention of the media as well. He has appeared on several national TV and radio programs and has been quoted in national and local newspapers, consumer magazines and food industry publications.

Chris is a member of the World Future Society and the International Association of Culinary Professionals. He has a master's degree in strategy and marketing from Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
